I am dismayed to see housing stock in the Dunbar neighbourhood disappearing at a rapid rate. Almost every house sold recently has survey stakes and is ready to be bulldozed. Until fairly recently, people bought these homes, sometimes upgraded mechanics and seemed happy. What's it all about? There are many factors at work, but I am starting to see a very big changes in a short time, compared to the previous 33 years I have lived here.
